WITHOUT YOUR STUFF?

One time, three Snark Ladies went to Dallas. After a challenging return from a night out we found that the lock to our hotel room was tragically broken and the only solution the nighttime staff could come up with was to send us to another room for the evening. We spent the remainder of the night lamenting how much we wanted to see/hold/touch our stuff until we passed out. When explaining this story to Sweeney’s father the next morning, before even getting to that part of the story, he responded with the appropriate horror, “WITHOUT YOUR STUFF?” Because he knew the struggle. It was real.

Sometimes fictional characters learn the struggle and we want them to know that we know, that the struggle is real.
