Marines: I knew absolutely nothing about this Freeform show before we decide to cover it for this episode of the podcast. Nicole watched the single, existing season live and someone on Twitter asked us if we would consider watching it. Which, like, yes. Yes, we will watch this angsty teen show with superpowers.

We invited Ceri Riley, our constant podcast friend, to help us talk about this. She joined us for our episode of Runaways and for our episode of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, two shows we mention in this episode as a basis of comparison. I'm a 30-something south Floridan who loves the beach but cannot swim. Such is my life, full of small contradictions and little trivialities. My main life goals are never to take life too seriously, but to do everything I attempt seriously well. After that, my life goals devolve into things like not wearing pants and eating all of the Zebra Cakes in the world. THE WORLD.
