Snark Squad Pod #114 – Justice League (2017)

Previously: We started our journey though the DCEU and we did not get off to a great start.

Sweeney: Our DCEU journey continues! As we mentioned last time, this is a 3 part special, I suppose. We started with the first 4 movies (Man of Steel, Batman V Superman, Suicide Squad, & Wonder Woman) and will be closing out with the final 4 movies (Aquaman, Shazam, Birds of Prey, Wonder Woman 84) but here in the middle we are giving Justice League a podcast episode all to itself.

We recorded this about a month ago (and have recorded the final episode already, for that matter) but! This episode happens to very conveniently be coming out a just a few days ahead of the release of the Snyder cut. And since we have lately gotten very into livestreaming over on our YouTube channel (because high on the list of travel we haven’t gotten to do is travel that would have let us see each other’s faces, so we are taking what we can get for now) we decided (and our friends agreed!) to do a little follow-up livestream. So please join us this Saturday, March 20th at 2pm ET to chat about the Snyder cut.

Those wonderful friends are, of course, Sam & Jessica who have agreed to go on this little journey with us. You can also find Sam over on SciShow Tangents, check out his wonderful art, or follow him on Twitter. You can find more from Jessica in her many many recaps on this site, her horror movie podcast Macabre Bros, or on Twitter.

We’d love to hear your thoughts about this episode! Did you like this movie? Are you excited for the Snyder cut? Let us know! You can leave a comment below, find us over on our Twitter, or you can come talk to us about this episode on the Discord, which is an added bonus of signing up for our newsletter or joining us on Patreon.
